1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1-3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, please note:

  • Ourpetlly is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

5. Damages and Lost Packages
Ourpetlly is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with your neighbors and household members.

  2. Wait 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before arrival.

  3. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number.

  4. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us at ourpettly@gmail.com within [14 days] for assistance.

6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at ourpettly@gmail.com. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to modify the destination.
